Mediation
Mediation is an informal, voluntary process that seeks to find an acceptable solution for parties engaged in a legal dispute.
Arbitration
Arbitration is a more informal process than a trial, whereby a neutral third party, the Arbitrator, resolves a conflict.
Pre-Litigation
Pre-litigation involves the investigation and potential resolution of a legal dispute between parties and occurs prior to any official claim being filed with the court.
The courts of this country should not be the places where resolution of disputes begins. They should be the places where the disputes end after alternative methods of resolving disputes have been considered and tried.
